I integrated all salon inquiries and bookings into one automated scheduling system that instantly confirmed appointments and synced them with staff calendars. Automated WhatsApp reminders were sent before each appointment to reduce no-shows, and membership renewal reminders were triggered 7, 3, and 1 day before expiry. I also built a real-time dashboard to track clients, upcoming bookings, stylists’ schedules, and active memberships, allowing the team to manage everything smoothly with minimal manual effort.
